In the role as Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a part of a fantastic People & Culture team at Doktor24 Group where you will act as a partner to our recruiting managers to run the operational recruitment process to achieve our ambitious recruitment goals and continued internationalization growth for our platform. Building high quality candidate pipelines will be a natural part of your role. In addition, you will participate in developing the recruiting procedures, guidelines and employer branding initiatives to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company’s internationalization. You will, with your expertise and execution in identifying and attracting talent to our team, have a big impact on tomorrow's improved healthcare.
Who are we looking for:
- Relevant academic degree
- 3-5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, inhouse or from an agency.
- 1-3 years of experience from working with Employer Branding.
- Experience from international recruitment within Europe is a bonus
- You have an interest in technology and don’t shy away from the opportunity of working with hard-to-find tech-hirings
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring strategies to improve pipeline speed and success.
- Highly motivated to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience, promoting our culture and values.
- Excellent track record of talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload.
- We are a fast-moving and ever-changing organization, hence the ability to navigate in a dynamic environment, as well as having strong communication and organizational skills, is key to be successful in the role.
