We partner with food and FMCG companies to save products at risk of going to waste by re-selling them at awesome discounted prices direct to consumers: fun, cheap, and accessible to all. Today, we are present in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Germany and we are now on our way to embrace the rest of Europe and beyond!

Working at Motatos, you will join our fight against food waste and have the ability to contribute to making the world a better place. With major tailwinds and an increasing ambition level we are now looking for Talent Acquisition Partners who’ll play a key role in our general future people growth.

What you’ll do - what your main work tasks will be:
- Partner up with our leaders, translating our business context and challenges into Talent Acquisition activities
- Full lifecycle recruitment from A to Z - ensuring qualitative processes, always with a solid candidate experience in mind
- Develop and refine processes, educate key stakeholders, making sure we do talent acquisition the way science suggests
- Drive and contribute in projects related to all things talent acquisition, including employer branding and wider people processes.
- Apply a data-informed approach to talent acquisition, providing insights and eventually shaping talent attraction strategies
- Proactively network and connect with talent pools, meeting immediate and future business needs
- Mind diversity and inclusion in all your advice and decisions


Our humble expectations:
- You have at least a couple of years experience from in-house talent acquisition, or as an embedded consultant from an agency
- Experience from working in a startup context is a bonus, most importantly you’ve encountered high pace and understand the importance of scalability
- An interest in Employer Branding and a sense for what attracts niche talent
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

- A self-starter with willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a small team
- Pragmatic and long-term-oriented

Work extent: Full time, permanent position with a six-month probationary period
