Tomorrow we will help entrepreneurs globally to manage their business finances. With an international and fast-growing team composed of 80+ employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will boost our People & Culture team in finding, matching and hiring software developers, product managers, product designers, and many more roles. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of hiring and be partnering up with hiring managers across our organisation to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our teams.
We believe that attitude and grit is what you need for this position. You have a few years of recruitment experience backed by an academic degree. But this job is more about your potential than your past. You will work in an open, fast-changing, flexible, humane and fun workplace.
In this role you’ll:
Be responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, all while working together with hiring managers to improve the way we do things.
You’ll lead initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion in our hiring processes, to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity.
Coach and support hiring managers through the recruitment process.
Play a key part in the journey of employee experience when joining or leaving the company.
Work closely, as an ambassador, with the People & Culture team to strengthen and communicate our employer brand in different contexts.
What you’ll bring to Bokio
A couple of years experience of full life-cycle recruiting experience (from sourcing to making offers), preferably at a fast-growing company where hiring needs are changing on a daily basis.
You have a flexible mindset and a can-do attitude
You can communicate really clearly and with great passion, but also honestly and transparently why Bokio is a great place to work, but also what challenges and opportunities you will experience if you join.
Highly organized and result-driven
Familiar with social media marketing and digital networking
Fluent in English, oral and written, Swedish is a plus.
Have a bachelor within HR, Business, Engineering or equivalent.

Location
We have a Hybrid work model with central offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. For this position, we are primarily looking for somebody who can join our splendid office in central Gothenburg, with the possibility to work flexible remote.
