With our team headquartered in Stockholm, currently composed of 60+ people, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will drive our recruitment efforts to grow the size of our team considerably! You will be an expert on creating a unique candidate experience, working closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team and our managers to understand organizational needs, and hiring outstanding new team members to join us.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Structuring and coordinating our recruitment processes in all areas (Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, Product Development, etc.)
- Actively partnering with hiring manager to identify hiring needs, driving recruitment processes, and providing insights into the talent landscape and trends on the market
- Promoting open positions using our recruitment system and job boards
- Sourcing/headhunting candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborating with other teams to create employer branding strategies focused on candidate and employee experiences.

Bonus!

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment and a track record of sourcing and attracting passive Tech talent locally and internationally

- Familiar with applicant tracking systems and recruitment KPIs

- Experience working with recruitment analytics.
