About the job

Arrowhead is looking for a talent acquisition partner to drive, analyze and improve the talent pipelines at Arrowhead. At Arrowhead you will work closely with the HR Manager and HR admin, as well as with leads and stakeholders at the studio.

Your contribution

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be:

- Driving recruitment and employer branding in close collaboration with the HR team;
- Owning the talent acquisition process from start to finish;
- Analyzing and improving the current recruitment process;
- Partnering with Leads and Producers to determine current and future needs;
- Proactively sourcing candidates and talents through search and networking.


Our requirements

- Previous experience recruiting in the games industry;
- Managed recruitment processes from start to finish;
- Well versed in international recruitment and talent acquisition;
- Excelling at written and verbal communication.

Practical information

- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Office based in Stockholm but with full hybrid remote options
- We offer a permanent position and for the right candidate we offer relocation aid.
