The role is an 12 month secondment based in Södertälje, Sweden.

Ansvarsområden
First and foremost, you will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes with local and Global top talents. To do this you will partner hiring managers, HRBP´s, business leaders and colleagues.

A typical day includes working with sourcing, branding, interviewing, candidate discussions including offers and managing the start to end recruitment administration process. In addition to the day-to-day recruitment you may also be working with 3rd party suppliers, supporting projects both locally and globally and mentoring hiring managers. You will be part of a team where we appreciate and support each other in a high paced and flexible working environment.
As Talent Acquisition Partner at AstraZeneca you are aligned to support specific business functions, and we are looking forward to bring in new colleagues to support our Global Operations function. Kvalifikationer
Essential for the role:
You have a degree in a Science or Human Resources related field, complemented with experience of balancing multiple parallel full life cycle recruitment processes. Your interpersonal skills are excellent and you have a team delivery attitude. 

We also believe you have:
• Experience utilizing a range of candidate attraction channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and changing environment
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate across skillsets, personality styles and cultures
• A passion for recruiting and driving direct sourcing methodes

You are fluent in Swedish and English in both verbal and writing, and naturally you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Building and maintaining professional relationships is a must as is a positive and professional outlook.

Desirable for the role:
• Experience of recruiting in different countries, managing multiple stakeholders and adjusting to different cultures
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Experience of working within Life Sciences or the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable as is experience of recruiting
• Experience of using direct search and research methodologies i.e. LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
