Job Description

The Talent Acquisition team is thriving and is now looking for a temporary team member taking over responsibility for the Nordic Organization. One team member has moved internally to another challenge and which has open up for a consultant at HQ team in Stockholm, Sweden. Being the global headquarter, this role will be involved in attracting and bringing key talents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities How your day will look like:

Your day will be a mix of connecting with business leaders, driving end to end recruitment process, defining new ways for attracting, sourcing, interviewing and assessing talent for one of the key business teams based in the global HQ.

Your role includes also influencing hiring decisions, connecting talent and business plus, if time allows, you can be part of continuous improvements project and digital transformation we want to undertake in recruitment.

Talent Acquisition team is spread all over the EMEA region, so apart from the TAP colleagues based in Stockholm, you will be in touch with the team in Krakow, Cairo and Paris to name a few. You will mainly work in Swedish for Sweden yet cross cultural awareness is what you will need daily to cope with the international footprint we have in our HQ office.

You will be also part of the HQ HR community so that you are up to date with the HR way of working in a large multinational.

You will have an ATS, a Linked recruiter license and an assessment tool to help you in your daily work. You know well all Microsoft office tools and can build a good presentation as well as manage pivot tables.

Profile

Ideally, you have solid experience in managing end to end process recruitment, with a strong component of scouting and attracting passive candidates. You have been exposed to senior managers and are both diplomatic and not afraid to speak your mind.

You are up to date with the trends and novelties in the recruitment and digital world. New recruitment solutions, apps and approaches, knowledge about the HR and business trends is something you have and can bring to the team.

Can cope with pressure. Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure is what you will need to cope with the pace we have in our daily work.

You have a drive and have a strong need to deliver through your hard work, ability to build relationships, curiosity and are driven by delivering best experience. You are a business partner, who wants to deliver best results for line manager and best experience for all your candidates.
