The assignment is a one-year cover for a maternity leave, during the period you will be employed by Manpower. You will be based in the companies head office in Solna.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) you will be a valuable member of the Nordic TA Team. As a TA Partner you are responsible for running the full cycle of the recruiting process across multiple business units and functions in the Nordics: Consumer, Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals.

You work across all aspects of the recruitment process from position advertisement through to offer management and onboarding for all levels of hire, providing every candidate and hiring manager with an outstanding experience.

What you will do

* Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates.
* Maintain knowledge of the business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements. Constantly building knowledge on the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer markets.
* Own the initial Recruitment Strategy Meetings with hiring managers and occasionally with third party employment agencies.
* Post requisitions and advertisements internally and externally as required.
* Use a variety of direct and innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates
* Provide advice and own the selection process for hires.
* Handle the database technology to ensure data integrity at all times.
* Work on projects in line with TA goals and objectives.

Qualifications

* A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent education/background
* In-house recruitment experience
* Experience and an in depth understanding of the full recruitment cycle
* Experience of working with competency-based selection methods is essential. Must have strong account management, advising and interviewing skills.
* Proficient in English and at least one Nordic language. Business language level in English is required.
* Demonstrable experience of balancing priorities and workload, with the ability to handle multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is crucial. Experience in using IT systems and tools for recruitment management is an advantage.
