Can you help us set sails towards a new future, recruiting the right talents?! As Talent Acquisition Partner at Stena Line you will work with both recruitment, Employer Branding activities and different Talent Acquisition projects. Therefore we are looking for you who appreciates when no days are ever the same. It’s also important that you always have the candidate and employee experience in mind throughout the attract and recruit process. By delivering a high quality, customer focused recruitment, you will support the business to deliver on their goals.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle recruitment on all levels
- Administrative tasks included in recruitment process
- Safeguard Stena Line’s Employer Brand in all recruitment processes
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
- Participate in relevant Stena Line Talent Acquisition projects

Since one of our colleagues will be on parental leave we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Scandinavian HR. The team handles all HR matters regarding our Swedish employees, serving 8 of our vessels as well as our shore organisation. We are a team of 10 people, who work closely together and sharing the responsibility to give our business the best support.
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with a can-do mind-set that has a lot of drive and energy for improvements and change. Being flexible and able to prioritize is key, always staying on top of things! You are a social chameleon that can communicate with different people throughout the organisation and a proud company ambassador. In this role your ability to handle administrative tasks in a structured way with the bigger picture in mind, will definitely come in handy.
The must-haves:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Work Life Science or equivalent
- Previous experience of working with full cycle recruitment
- Experience working with Employer Branding activities
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
Meritorious:
- Experience using research & sourcing methods
- Experience in using assessments

This is a full-time, temporary position from May 2022 to August 2023. You will be based in Gothenburg within our People & Communications department and the HR Scandinavia team.
