Over the course of the past five years Instabox has grown from a small logistics company to one of the fastest growing Last Mile Delivery companies in the Nordic region. Our journey has taken us from Sweden to Norway, Denmark, The Netherlands, and also Germany.
Some might see us as a tech company but at our very core we are in the logistics business and it is our Production domain that allows us to deliver parcels to users all over the Nordics. As we continue to grow the need to find top tier talent for our production has become a priority for the business. With this in mind we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be teaming up with our Production Management Team and continue to develop this department and all hiring processes.
What you will be doing
As Talent Acquisition Partner for our Production organisation you will be tasked with the strategic and operational aspects of hiring for this domain. Together with senior stakeholders and hiring managers you will develop and implement strategies that allow us to continue to scale our organisation while ensuring top quality hires. The production domain hires both white collar and blue collar roles. The TA team is responsible for all this hiring but a lot of the recruitment for our hubs is done by our Site Managers and production leaders. Here, we will be looking to you to help build processes and trainings that allows for effective placement and processing of candidates. When it comes to more complex roles we work with end to end responsibility for our processes, meaning that you will do everything from competence profile all the way through to contract negotiation and closing. Sourcing, referrals and advertising will be natural parts of the trade for these roles but we would also be looking to you for advice on how we brand ourselves and communicate externally as well as finding new ways of reaching our target candidate segments. In this role your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Ownership for the hiring for the Production domain.
- Working closely with stakeholders throughout the department to determine hiring needs and execute hiring to fill them.
- Creating and implementing TA related projects such as referral programmes, process improvements, assessment processes, employer branding strategies and much, much more.
- Assisting in hiring across other domains as needed when your workload allows.
Who you are
As you can probably tell we are looking for someone awesome. We would expect you to have worked in a similar role before joining us, preferably at a fast growing company where hiring needs are changing on a daily basis. You possess a solid understanding of how to build processes that cater towards volume hiring in e.g customer service or an operations environment..
As an individual you are flexible in your approach to your work and able to adapt quickly and change priorities in accordance with business needs. Moreover you love to share your knowledge and experience with those around you and collaborate on projects that are not domain specific in nature.
When we review your profile we would ideally see evidence of the following:
- A track record that showcases your ability to build scalable TA processes and train others to execute on these.
- Experience from building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines through multiple approaches and networks.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise and influence hiring strategies to improve pipeline speed and success.
