Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global client in Stockholm. You will be part of an international team of engaged Talent Acquisition Partners who advise the Business Managers on how to find, attract and assess talents that match our client’s culture and organization. You have close collaboration with the client’s stakeholders. You will be working towards Finance, Design, IT and Sales function. You will be part of developing the Talent Acquisition organization towards outstanding candidate and Hiring Manager experience. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our client, you will influence their stakeholders by recruiting their future talent and be the expert in your area.
You will partner with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners and drive the requisition process from start to end. You will conduct interviews and assessment of candidates and train their Hiring Managers in Talent Acquisition strategy. Based on your market expertise and analyses, you will advise and influence business decisions. To attract potential talents, you will identify and evaluate new recruiting events that will drive brand awareness and strengthen talent pipeline based on hiring needs. You have a strong client management background and will advise our client’s stakeholders as a business adviser and it´s a great advantage if you have built a large personal network over the years.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in an international organization or from headhunting or recruiting agency with a strong client management background.
- Experience in a similar role as an inhouse recruiter or recruitment consultant.
- Academic degree or equivalent in economics or HR.
- It is also a great advantage if you have experience of working with finance recruitments or/and have experience from other sectors such as IT, Tech and Sales.
- Good knowledge in English is a must have and any other languages such as Swedish or Italian is a plus.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, regular office hours (40 h/week). The position will start 2021-01-11, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-07-10 with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
