About the role:
Working closely with their Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Partners, you´ll create and launch social media campaigns to help raise their profile and attract interest in their wide range of early talent programs. As a talent acquisition expert, you´ll support and coach their hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment cycle, challenging them to think broadly about how we attract and recruit global talent. Reporting into and working closely with the UK based Global Talent Acquisition Lead – Early Talent & MBA Programs, you will be part of a small, friendly and supportive international team of recruiters focused on early talent. You´ll have opportunities to support branding and recruitment activity (e.g. Assessment Centres) for all Sweden early talent programs, and can draw on the additional support and guidance of their Talent Acquisition Team in Sweden.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
As Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Talent Programs you will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies and hiring into their Early Talent Programs in Sweden:

• Postdoc Program
• Post-Bachelors/ Graduate Programs
• Internships

You will work closely with early talent program leads to create and implement strategies to identify, engage, inspire and recruit outstanding early talent. You will recommend and execute best in class techniques to attract, assess and select hires, and take personal responsibility for offer management and the onboarding process.

You will work with their Campus Ambassadors to build strong relationships with Careers Advisors and other academic stakeholders within priority academic institutions/ universities, and raise awareness of  early talent programmes. This could include delivering online or in person presentations, and attending campus recruiting events. As you develop in the role you will establish yourself as a subject matter expert for early talent recruitment in Sweden.You will manage and maintain recruitment campaigns using their Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and ensure an excellent candidate experience, identifying and using data to generate insights and inform actions which support continuous improvement.

This is a consulting assignment with a desirable start as soon as possible with regard to your notice time. It initially runs until the turn of the year with a very good chance of extension.

Essential Requirements:
• Experience in delivering in-house, full life cycle early talent / early in career recruitment
• Broad experience in using a wide range of attraction channels
• Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic international environment
• Customer focused, results orientated approach
