Talent is a strategic pillar and a key area to succeed with our business strategy. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals.
In your role you will be responsible to support hiring managers in the end to end recruitment process for roles across the Power Grids business in Sweden. As part of the Northern Europe Talent & Learning team you will play a key role in shaping Hitachi Power Grids future organization by collaborating with managers, HR Business Partners and Global Business Service Centers across the company. You will also work closely with our Talent Management and Employer Branding team to support other initiatives and projects that drive business results.
Your responsibilities
Act as a partner for the hiring managers to identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand/supply
Define a recruitment strategy and manage the hiring process together with relevant stakeholders
Manage communication with candidates incl. process overview, interview, setting expectations, offer discussions etc
Proactively promote Hitachi ABB Power Grids as an employer of choice
Collaborate with the talent team to drive Talent Acquisition efficiencies and performance
Advise hiring managers to find new and innovative solutions towards talent challenges
Embrace diversity & inclusion as part of everything we do
Be on top of current Talent Acquisition best practices and future trends from the market
Drive and support local as well as global projects to further develop the Talent Acquisition function
Your background
Experience from a Talent Acquisition function, preferably from a similar kind of business environment
Ambition and interest towards modern ways of recruiting and sourcing methodologies
Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements, as well as knowledge of privacy laws
Bachelor of Human Resources or a degree from another relevant field
Excellent command in English is a must, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are considered a plus
As the ideal candidate, you are flexible, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others in a high-paced environment
Strategic mindset as well as ability to influence stakeholders
Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills
Structured approach and able to work effectively managing several processes at the same time
