STACC keeps growing! As we're expanding we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team 🚀 STACC is a scale up so we are looking for someone with a ”just get things done” attitude that is passionate about recruitment and tech!
What are you going to do?
- Managing the candidate process: screening, interviewing, managing offer / resignation process.
- Work together with our Sourcing specialist and tech recruiters to find top talents and build strategies and a great candidate experience.
- Build a strong network of candidates for our recurring departments.
- Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders, both clients and candidates, during the process.
- Manage a topnotch (end-to-end) recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in (end-to-end) recruitment with at least 1-2 years of experience in hiring tech profiles.
- You're truly a team player eager to work closely with your colleagues.
- You're truly interested in the tech scene and speak the lingo.
- You're familiar with modern recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn, Github, TeamTailor.
- You're a true talent advisor to hiring managers and candidates; you’re attentive and able to build genuine relations.
- You stand out in your creativity; always seeking new ways and tools to approach top tech talents and looking for the new hidden sources of candidates.
- You speak Swedish and English at a fluent level.
