We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of our two Swedish sites together with a hardworking team of 3 other local recruiters. Do you have a passion for TA in a fast-paced environment in an industry with a lot of growth potential? Then we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for providing wing to wing recruitment support and consultation to hiring managers in Cytiva Sweden; driving sourcing for key talent segments via working with business leaders, hiring managers and deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and attract passive talent; Providing market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead all recruiting activity, for all bands and work types, internal and external hires; Stakeholders include, individual Hiring Managers & Department Leaders, HR counterparts and all candidates
Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in fulfilling recruiting strategy in a wing to wing recruitment process
Prioritize specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and slate/pipeline development
Lead passive candidate sourcing activities & pipelines using various methods
Build talent communities to support pipelines
Proactively research new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
Handle relationships across businesses, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner
Partner with HR and internal clients to develop long term talent pipelining plans
Mentor managers/interview teams as a Talent Advisor to incorporate capability/competency based assessments during their interview
Optimally use social media tools in alignment with Cytiva Brand Strategy
Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to hiring team and business, combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at business strategy level

This is a temporary role for approx. 12 months to cover for a maternity leave. Interview and selection will happen continuously and an opening can be filled before last day of application, which is April 4.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree or similar in combination with a number of years of experience in recruiting
Work experience from global organization in similar industry preferred
Fluency in English as well as local language
Proven ability to act as talent partner both internally and externally comfortable to challenge the status-quo
Customer focused, but also willing to push back and advise on alternative solutions
Thinking creatively to accelerate recruitment processes and to tap into new candidate pools
Interest to get involved in projects on national and regional level
Experience from Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools for candidate pipelining as well as LinkedIn or other appropriate local tool for candidate searches is an advantage
