About the position
Perido is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can help our client attract the best talents to the organization. The client in question is recognized around the globe as a diversified worldwide financial technology, trading and information services provider to the capital markets. The modern office is located in Stockholm, although due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, the employees need to be prepared to work from home until June 2021 to secure everyone’s safety.
Your daily tasks
In this role as Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a member of the EMEA team (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). During your workdays, your job is to sell the employment opportunities and identify the best talent for each role, using a variety of recruitment methods. By sourcing and screening candidates through proactive research, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching you make sure to find external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs - including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly. You follow through the whole process, from placing employment ads in appropriate sources including the Internet and print media, to interviews and recommends. Along the way you ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, in the recruitment tool known as Workday. In addition to the tasks mentioned above, you handle employer branding related activities such as planning and coordination of internal and external events.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to have great skills in networking, sourcing, and talent pool management. You probably have some work experience of direct talent sourcing, and timely full life cycle recruiting process - preferably within the IT/Tech industry. It is also excellent if you have some experience working with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. Furthermore, we believe that you have a strong personal drive to deliver results, an innovative mindset, and great communicative skills. You can as easily work independently, as well as you are a strong team player.

Requirements
Relevant education
1-2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably within the IT/Tech industry
Experience working with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Meritorious
Working experience from the FinTech industry in an international context/global mindset
Experience working with the CRM tool Beamery

Contract type and hours
Full time assignment, until January 2022. Start ASAP.
