Description
For our customer we are looking for an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Partner.

New consumer behaviors and rapid tech development will continue to transform how and when people shop and where traditions shopping are replaced with online platforms. We are now looking for an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Partner that can help us finding the best tech talents on a global market.

Work tasks
As a Talent Acquisition Partner within Tech, you will work operationally with all parts of the recruitment process, e.g. create requirement profiles, create and publish advertisements, conduct telephone interviews, search, manage applications and selection in ATS, participate in job interviews, reporting/tracking KPI, referral- and recruitment administration. You will be part of a Talent Acquisition Team and will together with the team set and drive the plan including all the activities that are needed to achieve the team's goal. The team is working in an agile context and you will take part in ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros etc.

You will be responsible for...

- ...ensure that all new colleagues have a first onboarding plan and get an excellent onboarding experience;
- ...handle consultant administration in collaboration with Commercial, Staffing ...partners and other colleagues involved in the consultant process;
- ...perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team Build and maintain productive collaboration with other coordinators cross-functional
- ...update and maintain information on SharePoint related to Staff Responsibility,
Pre/On-and Offboarding;
- ...handle international recruitment administration/coordination;
- ...assist with schedule candidate and consultant interviews, reserve rooms, book travels, and any other logistics when needed, to ensure our candidates have the best possible experience.

Qualifications
We see that you have experience and good knowledge of the following:

• Great experience in recruiting / searching SAP profiles like application experts, developers, Integration experts etc.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment strategies.

• Experience of working in a scaling tech organization where efficient recruitment processes and evaluation steps are crucial

• Ability to manage multiple recruitments at once and to meet deadlines

• Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring need

• Good stakeholder management skills

• Master fluent English in speech and writing

The position will be filled as soon as we have found the right candidate. The assignment will run to the end of 2021.
