Right now, we are on an exciting transformation journey where we are building a new team in an entirely new department within the People & Organization Sweden. The Talent Acquisition and Employer branding department is currently redesigning the recruitment and employer brand strategy for Sweden. Among many changes, we are moving from a tradition of mainly agency-driven operations to inhouse recruitment. Recently, we have launched a new recruitment system in Workday and we are looking for further ways to excel our game and exceed stakeholder and candidate expectations. Our mission is clear: to deliver the right talent – at the right time – to our organization in Sweden.

What you will do
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for shaping great Candidate and Manager experiences. This will, among other things, include:
Drive the whole recruitment process as it runs today: write ads, conduct interviews, candidate selection etc.
Run improvement projects within the department as we take our recruitment process to the next level
Employer Branding activities to meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s talent landscape
Identify proactive ways to stay ahead and increase customer satisfaction
Who you are
Firstly, you are a true team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a culture based on trust, inclusion and open communication. Furthermore, you are curious by nature and a driven people person who loves to run high-quality recruitment processes hands-on from start to finish. It is also important that you thrive in a high-paced environment – always with work-life balance though – and enjoy changing circumstances where your creative problem-solving skills and customer mindset is absolute key. You are proactive, always seeking to improve and identifying the next step in Managers’ and Candidates’ needs during the recruitment process. Last but definitely not least, you have high integrity, professionalism and a structured way of working.
