About the position
We are looking for Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Consultants to our customer, a successful and fast-growing electric car company. This position is placed in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
You’ll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability. With the mission to enable the future success and growth of the company by identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates. This is what you can look forward to:
Full life cycle recruitment accountability, acting as an advisor and partner
Providing guidance and coaching for Hiring Managers in supporting current and future needs for building successful teams
Bringing recruitment expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy
Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
Sourcing, headhunting and connecting with people around the world
Build and maintain a network and pool of key talent and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments
Ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with the culture by screening, interviewing, and conducting psychometric tests

To succeed in this role you need to have great skills in networking, sourcing, and attract the right candidates. We believe you have a proactive and creative mindset, a strong personal drive to deliver results, an innovative mindset, and great communicative skills. You can as easily work independently, as well as you are a strong team player. Furthermore, abilities like quick learning, flexibility in new contexts and a prestige less image will help you succeed in your role. Requirements
A University degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or another relevant field
Solid experience working with full life cycle recruitment, using non-bias and proven recruitment methods. We encourage trying new innovative methods.
Strong sourcing skills
Fluent in English both written and spoken

Meritorious
Experience from working in a global, preferably fast-growing environment

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 12 months. Start ASAP.
