This position is mainly located at our HQ (also called the Polestar Cube), in Gothenburg. We understand that work life balance isn’t easy, and of course welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Partner at Polestar you’ll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability. With the mission to enable the future success and growth of Polestar by identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates, you will be the point of Talent Acquisition expertise for dedicated business areas, which are depending on your background.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:

- Full life cycle recruitment accountability, acting as an advisor and partner
- Providing guidance and coaching for Hiring Managers in supporting current and future needs for building successful teams
- Bringing recruitment expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy
- Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
- Sourcing, headhunting and connecting with people around the world
- Build and maintain a network and pool of key talent and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments
- Ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our Polestar Culture by screening, interviewing and conducting psychometric tests
- Continue our work for the best candidate experience that will lead us to becoming the employer of choice.




Who you are

It goes without saying that we are looking for someone with excellent people and communication skills. A networker who build long term professional relationships with trust, commitment and a high service level. You are flexible and able to embrace changes and ability to work proactively in a changing environment.

To be successful in this role we believe you have:

- A University degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or other relevant field
- Solid experience working with full life cycle recruitment, using non-bias and proven recruitment methods. We encourage trying new innovative methods.
- Strong sourcing skills



We see it as a great advantage if you have experience from making successful senior or executive positions. Experience in working in a global, preferably fast growing environment, is a plus.
