Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12 months temporary contract to cover a parental leave. This position is located in Gothenburg and will report to Employer Attractiveness & Talent Acquisition Manager.
In this role, you will lead the full recruitment cycle from selection process in Sweden, as assigned by the Employer Attractivness & Talent Acquisition Manager, to deliver talents according to routines and guidelines, whilst maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Main task
Manage and lead the full recruitment cycle
Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles
Build effective relationships with the business in order to influence business leaders to proactively address today’s and future recruitment challenges.
Screen and present viable resumes and/or qualified candidates to hiring managers
Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize the Essity employment brand and maintain integrity in the candidate process
Contribute to building a talent pipeline by building effective relationships with candidates
Communicates recruitment-related information to all levels of the business as required.
Who you are
University/College degree or equivalent with relevant practice
2 years relevant professional experience as an agency or in-house recruiter
Experience managing internal and external client relationships in a global complex environment.
Track record in complex stakeholder management skills from a multicultural environment.
Strong ability to multitask
Preferably experience in Workday
Verbal and written fluency in English and Swedish (a must have!)
