Your mission?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring that we bring in the right talents to support our business. Your responsibilities will include the whole end to end recruitment process from identifying the needs together with the hiring managers, sourcing candidates, planning and taking part in interviews to managing the offer process and supporting a smooth onboarding. In addition to this you will contribute to our overall sourcing strategy for Nordics & Russia and be part of employer branding activities.

Your profile?

You are motivated, determined, and have great communication skills. You have a natural way of combining interpersonal skills with time management and planning to successfully lead and coordinate recruiting activities.

Your key responsibilities?

Fill vacancies/open requisitions, including direct sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking candidates.
Develop an ongoing and diverse Talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants.
Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates.
Assist the HR Business Partner and Hiring Manager with job requisition / description development, as well as job postings on relevant social media and job boards.
Participate in and drive employer branding initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor degree in relevant field
2 years’ experience in a similar role
Very good experience with social media platforms
English business fluent
