We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Stockholm. Last year we were recruiting more than 90 talented Developers, Product Owners, IT Managers and other functions in the whole organization to our offices in Stockholm and Uppsala.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will together with hiring managers, take overall ownership of our recruitment processes, from start to finish. This means that you will create job specs and recruitment plans, pro-actively source candidates by search/headhunting, administrate and coordinate job posting in our media channels. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you are also playing an important part in the recruitment process when assessing candidates in HR interviews and reviewing them with assessment tools. You will also work with Employer branding by driving and initiating events and campaigns.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has experience in running recruitment processes from start to finish
• Has a proven track record when it comes to candidate supply via search and social media channels
• Has worked with assessment tools/personality tests
• Is results driven and enjoys working with recruitment both on an operative and strategic level
• Is a true team player and has a great sense of humor
• Has good knowledge of the Tech industry in Sweden
