We offer you a position where you will support the continuous growth of Etraveli Group by taking on responsibility for your own recruitment processes. You will work closely with us, HR Sweden, and our fabulous managers in Sweden.

Key responsibilities
We need you in order to continue building a great candidate experience with transparent communication and quick feedback.
Organize multiple recruitment processes from start to finish
Create job ads and posting on our different channels
Identify, engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
Administer and provide feedback on screening tests
Enable swift and high-quality recruitment processes for the business as well as the candidates.

Who we are
As part of the Swedish HR team you will have awesome colleagues (yes, this is confirmed by others as well). We are a team of 7 members and we share a fun and stimulating environment where no two days are the same.
We are based in Uppsala but on occasions we travel to our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The Swedish team belongs to the international HR department with colleagues in Greece, India and Canada. So when we say we have an international team spirit and a dynamic work environment, we really mean it.
Your background
The must-haves:
Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Work Life Science or equivalent
Previous experience of working with full cycle recruitment
Take pride in being organized and structured
Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
You are independent and do not step back when things get a bit tough (but we promise you, we are all in this together).

We would be really happy if you have:
Experience of IT-recruitment
Experience using assessment tools.
