Your qualifications

To truly succeed in this role…


• You have strong communication skills and can easily adapt to the needs of our stakeholders. Advising and coaching will be part of your day-to-day activities and it is therefore important that you are comfortable working with managers at different levels in the organization.
• You understand that feedback is important in collaborations and you feel comfortable in giving and requesting it.
• You are good at maintaining an overview of your recruitment portfolio and you are excellent at showcasing the progress to your stakeholders.
• You foster a growth mindset, which in our perception means that you respect how things are today, but can challenge and suggest improvements so the day after can look different.
• Last but not least, you give it your all to always deliver a top-notch candidate and stakeholder experience.

In terms of hard criteria, you have extensive working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter and you probably hold a university degree, preferably within behavioral science or similar.

It's a merit if you have experience from working with tech recruitments and already have a network. Good communication skills in English and Swedish both oral and written are mandatory.
