We are looking forward welcoming the new Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Specialist to join our global team at Borealis, a highly motivated and passionate team that is looking forward to an open, humorous and ambitious colleague!

You will get the chance to work autonomous on the recruitment processes from A-Z but at the same time collaborating and contributing to the development of Talent Acquisition in Borealis. You will also be given the opportunity to represent Borealis in fairs and contribute to the decision of where and how we should present ourselves as an employer of choice.

You are an HR professional with experience of recruitments with the capability to attract, source, screen and come to an agreement with, primarily, technical profiles.
You take the responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment and selection processes (internal, external, temp. or permanent contracted).
You like to be the first point of contact and ‘Borealis business card’ for our applicants and future employees.
You are aiming to find the most suitable candidate for every open position in regards to professional, educational, team and personality fit for every team setting and area of responsibility.
You support and advice our hiring managers starting with design of job ad and definition of recruitment strategy up to decision-making, contract negotiation and finally contracting our future employees.
You actively contributes to the global and local team that strongly interacts
You enjoy being responsible for the local employer branding activities
You also have the possibility to contribute to group wide projects to further develop talent acquisition for the future.

There might be a synergy between you and Borealis if you act as a true ambassador for Borealis in all dealings. You establish a compelling presence that attracts potential candidates and help us building a recruiter funnel of candidates. Show integrity and trust and of course share our high customer and candidate focus on delivering in time and right quality.
You have a proven track record of 2-3 years in recruitment of various technical profiles, if you have experience from the chemical industry and international environment its even better. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are a reliable, open and ambitious team player who drives recruitment in a structured way.
This is an exciting job opportunity with a great variety of tasks and interfaces internally, externally and internationally. The location is Borealis in Stenungsund, a 45 minutes’ drive north of Gothenburg.
