The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support hiring managers for all things related to recruiting. This includes sourcing, screening and assessing candidates and to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a great experience to both candidates and organization.

Your responsibilities will be

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the hiring managers

Provide necessary guidance to create smooth transition for national/international new hires together with on boarding department.

Participate in HR developing projects as creating and develop different manual etc. and other from time-to-time administrative tasks in the HR department.

Create detailed sourcing project. Build new methods to find quality candidates

Track sourcing data, producing regular and ad-hoc reports


We are looking for someone open-minded with the ability to work independently at a high pace in a small and multi-disciplinary team. Its important that you are flexible and a person that feels motivated in a dynamic and agile working environment.

- Experience working as a recruiter
- A background in tech recruiting and understanding of relevant engineering skillsets is a plus
- Experience serving as an advisor and partner to hiring managers
- Knowledge of best practices concerning tracking, communication, follow ups, negotiations, and hiring
- Experience with recruiting methods and tools i.e Linkedin and ATS systems
- Experience with assessment tools and tests.
- Proficient in communicating in both Swedish and English
