About the role
As our Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be an important part of our organization. This is a role that includes both operational recruitment and long-term strategic thinking around how we recruit. You will have a close cooperation with our marketing team to create employer branding campaigns and events. As you probably noticed this is a versatile and broad role where you will be a part of growing our organization – and we will put the trust in you to challenge yourself and us in how we do things.
Some of your tasks:
• Take ownership of our recruitment processes, develop and make them better
• Operational recruitment and support to hiring managers regarding specialists and manager positions in Sweden, Norway and Finland
• Structure and set up processes for recruitment, using TeamTailor
• Educate our hiring managers in recruitment and create templates and guides to help them feel empowered to succeed with their recruitments
• Find our target groups and create employer brand activities to reach them

About you
We believe that you have worked in a similar role before where you both handled operational and strategic recruitment combined with employer branding. Maybe you have used social media as a tool in recruitment and employer branding activities. Since we will have a lot of recruitment to our tech department it’s great if you have experience from finding and recruiting this competence. You have a can-do attitude and love to create structure that makes it easier for others to succeed. We use TeamTailor as our ATS and you will be the go-to person when anyone have questions about how-to in the tool so if you already have experience of working with this, you’ll get a head start (but we’re sure you can learn too!)
As a person you are prestigeless and can see the greater good for the whole organization. You are self-going and driven and take on this kind of assignments with a positive attitude.

As a Talent acquisition specialist at Aimo Park, you will be a part of a group of experienced and proficient HR professionals. The HR team consists of four HR Business Partner, two Payroll Specialists and one HR Generalist. Our headquarters are based in Stockholm, with a support office in Uppsala and our operations takes place throughout Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Our company build on over 60 years of experience in the parking industry, but the current Aimo Park was formed in 2019 when Sumitomo Corporation, a Japanese trading company ranked Fortune Global 500 for 25 consecutive years, acquired the operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland from the Dutch group Q-Park in order to invest in and position future mobility services. Aimo Park also has a daughter company for car sharing, Aimo Solutions.
