About the job
We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and report to our Manager Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will advise and support hiring managers in recruitment activities and contribute to the Polarium TA process on a broad scope; employer branding, KPI:s and continuous improvement.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
You will
- Act as a TA advisor and take ownership of recruitment projects
- Guide hiring managers in their recruitment needs, and assist them regarding growth plans on short- and long-term perspective
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders within specific Business Areas
- Take responsibility for the whole recruitment process life cycle; create requisition, write adverts, pro-active search/sourcing, assessment, reference checks, background- and income checks to offer management
- Coordinate talent pipelines by pre-screening, administering of psychometric tests, and scheduling of interviews
- Coordinate with external recruitment firms
- Support with consultant intakes
About you
- 5+ years of experience as Recruiter
- A good understanding of tech, utilities and/or manufacturing
- Strong track record in headhunting (source, engage, attract, and recruit passive candidates)
- Innovative thinking
- Strong client-focus with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and support them in executing ambitious growth plans
You have
- Great communication and presentation skills; fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A strong focus on candidate experience
- Highly organized and result-driven
- Proactive and goes beyond expectations
- Curious and comfortable to work in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Drive to navigate through ambiguity, anticipate the unknowns, follow-through and continue to learn
