This is what you will do
Firstly, let’s talk about the team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lantmännen you will be part of a professional team of four where we contribute and share knowledge openly and have a great time doing so. From day one, you will be a valued team member and in the operative work you will focus on recruiting specialists and managers, mainly to our Swedish businesses. As an expert in your field, you will act as a business partner and provide high-quality support and advise to ensure the entire recruitment process is handled successfully. In this process you will be teaming up with our hiring managers, business leaders, and HR-partners within the organisation.
As Lantmännen is a group consisting of various, exciting businesses, working with talent acquisition means that you will be a specialist in the art of recruiting and the process. You will be driving end-to-end recruitment, including building pipelines and sourcing candidates externally, covering a broad range of categories such as production, operations, HR, marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, finance and more. Lantmännen Group consists of five sectors and through working closely with our managers, you will get unique insights in several of our businesses throughout the entire value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate.
To provide the bigger picture, the Talent Acquisition team is part of Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition, and we are trying to work closely to identify, attract and recruit the best talents for our group. We are also part of Lantmännen Group HR & Communication, and our colleagues work with closely related processes and tools like competence- & leadership development, external and internal communication, social media, performance management etc.
Even though we are passionate about recruiting, we also drive other projects within our team. So if you are curious in improving processes and tools, there are interesting projects and opportunities ahead.
For this position you will be located at our head office in Stockholm and you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Since we work with all our businesses and are an important business partner, we now have the opportunity to recruit not only one, but two Talent Acquisition Specialists. For the first position, a generalist background is suitable. For the other, we are looking for someone with IT / tech recruitment experience, as we also are seeing an increase in demand for competencies within this field.
This is what you need to succeed
You have
- Previous experience from independently driving end-to-end recruitment processes, either from a recruiting firm or from an in-house recruitment team.
- For one of the vacancies, we are looking for someone with experience in IT / tech recruiting. If you are more of a generalist, you are welcome to apply since we are growing the team with two.
- Experience from sourcing, both from platforms like LinkedIn and other networks.
- Knowledge and used to work with psychometric tests in the recruitment process.
- Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English.
