TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Being part of FlexLink’s HR/recruiting team means joining an ambitious team with great spirit and sharing a common goal: attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent in the market! You will have the chance to drive internal recruitment processes from start to finish, working with stakeholders and HR at all levels of FlexLink’s organization. You will be working with a broad scope of candidate profiles, everything from Mechanical Engineers to Sales profiles to managerial level recruitments!
We expect you to be based in Sweden, in the area around Gothenburg. Your role will primarily focus on recruitment in Sweden, the UK, and the Netherlands but you will also recruit in other European countries when needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to collect and understand recruiting needs and handle related recruiting projects.
Defining sourcing and selection strategies according to the requested profiles, choosing and activating the accurate source channels.
Autonomously conduct the full cycle of the recruitment process.
Support in decision-making processes on recruitment through market insights and data.
Supporting HR Business Partners during offers’ negotiation.
Updating our internal ATS according to the ongoing selection processes, making sure it is always up to date and handled as per group guidelines and in compliance with GDPR.

Qualifications:
University degree (BSc/MSc) in HR or a related field
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Recruitment experience
Experience either in large industrial companies with an established talent acquisition function or in international executive search firms will be considered a plus
Experience within OEM and automated machinery manufacturing industry will be considered a plus
