The Position
Toyota Material Handling Europe is expanding its HR team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with our managers on both internal and external recruitments, playing a key role in attracting top talent and enhancing our employer brand across various forums. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career within an international company that values local insights. You will report to the Director of People Operations & Rewards.

Your Responsibilities

* Drive full-cycle recruitment processes at various levels using a competence-based framework, including assessments.
* Contribute to the development of Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategies.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Monitor the Talent Acquisition field and explore new industry trends.
* Actively source talent using different networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Your Profile

* 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an international organization.
* Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting using competence-based interview techniques and evaluation methods.
* Proven experience in employer branding initiatives and activities.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
* Skilled in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong networking abilities.
* Self-driven with a structured working style.
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish & English
