We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialists for a 12 month assignment to support our journey ahead, is that YOU?
Mission
As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be a trusted advisor when it comes to recruitment and have the overall responsibility of developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and build strategies for the identification and hiring of inclusive & diverse candidate pools. This role is perfect for someone with strategic talent acquisition experience, eager to elevate their impact by being responsible for developing global recruitment standards, ensuring our local teams have the right processes, training and system support in place to meet their goals. With a focus on shaping the future of our TA efforts, including our journey of becoming a skills-enabled organization, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will work closely with our Digital HR team with analytics to develop, design and continuously improve and elevate existing TA processes and tools. Other responsibilities will include communication, vendor management and system management. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies and proactively sharing these with our global TA community is also a key part of the mission.

What we expect of you
A proactive team player with strong networking skills and a lot of drive
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a dynamic environment
Ability to understand the big picture and still care for details
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines
Tech savvy and experience of working in multiple systems supporting digitalization of people processes
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to use feedback effectively
Fluent in English is a must, both spoken and written.
