We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary contract of about one year to join the Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition (dream) team within the Nordic & Baltics HR organization. We are passionate about employer branding and talent acquisition and our team is characterized by a strong sense of collaboration and commitment – towards the tasks, the business and each other as a team. Located just a couple of minutes from Mölndal train station in Gothenburg, Essity offers you to be part of an international business setting with many contacts across different functions, units and countries.
About the role
In this role, you will lead full recruitment cycle processes as assigned by the Employer Attractiveness & Talent Acquisition Manager, to deliver talents according to routines and guidelines, whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

What You Will Do
Manage and lead full recruitment cycle processes for assigned requisitions (including briefing, job posting, screening, interview selection, reference checks etc.)
Collaborate with the HR team and the business to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles and to proactively address today’s and future recruitment challenges
Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback to emphasize the Essity employer brand and maintain integrity in the candidate process
Contribute to securing a talent pipeline through different proactive activities
Participate in bulk recruitment projects within Nordic & Baltics



Who You Are
You are passionate about people in general and recruitment in particular and about providing excellent support towards the business. To be successful in the role you need to be a communicative team-player who operates with a positive and pragmatic can-do attitude, embracing change and dealing with ambiguity and complexity. Being able to organize and structure your work is also key for the role since you are managing many different recruitments and stakeholders at the same time. You thrive in an environment where you work independently and rely on your experience, but you also enjoy exploring synergies in working together with colleagues and stakeholders. You build relationships based on trust, integrity and respect and can engage, coach and inspire people around you.
You have:
A couple of years of relevant professional experience as an agency or in-house recruiter
Experience from navigating in a large global organisation is beneficial
Digital savviness and experience from Application Tracking systems (if you know Workday – it’s a plus but not a must!)
University Degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish
