Right now, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition IT Specialist to join our team in Sweden at Telia Company. We are a team of specialists that support leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent they need. This means leading or assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, building talent pools and delivering on our people promise: “Home to your next big opportunity”.
This position is located at our great office in Solna.
Your next challenge?
As a recruiting partner for the IT business, you will support and guide our hiring managers, at all levels, to make the recruitment process as good and efficient as possible. On top of the usual recruiter tasks, we promise you get to contribute to bringing our candidate and manager experience to the next level and continuously improving our recruitment practices in an international setup. You will also get the chance to join other local and global projects and activities connected to our Talent Acquisition function.

Who are you?
You might have worked as a recruitment consultant in an agency or have an inhouse-recruiter background at any major company. Regardless, you are experienced in all parts of the recruitment process and have competence to act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers. As a person, you are strong and independent in your way of working. You are open to change and like when a new project, approach or assignment comes up. You belong to an international recruitment team and love to work with colleagues from other countries and cultures.

Your experience:
You don’t just love recruiting, but also have at least 5 years working experience within IT recruitment area.
You’re experienced in managing senior stakeholders, taking initiative and building strong relationships.
You’ve good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others and present your opinion.
You have knowledge of Swedish talent market and newest recruiting channels.
