THE ROLE    
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support hiring managers for all things related to recruiting. This includes sourcing, screening and assessing candidates and to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a great experience to both candidates and organization.
Furthermore, when required,
Administrate, and make work permit applications for new employees (and family) from countries outside EU.
Provide necessary guidance to create smooth transition for national/international new hires collaborating with the Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
Participate in HR developing projects as creating and develop staff manual etc. and other from time-to-time administrative tasks in the HR department.
Areas of expertise
Writing and proofreading job advertisement and job descriptions
Sourcing of passive candidates
Technical/IT recruitment
Assessing candidates using psychometric tools
Interviewing techniques

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone open-minded with the ability to work independently at a high pace in a small and multi-disciplinary team. The candidate should thrive on the challenge to find, attract and to hire the best of the best.
Qualifications
Experience working as a recruiter
A background in technical recruiting and understanding of relevant engineering skillsets is a plus
Experience serving as an advisor and partner to hiring managers
Knowledge of best practices concerning tracking, communication, follow ups, negotiations, and hiring
Experience with recruiting methods and tools i.e Linkedin and ATS systems
Experience with assessment tools and tests.
Proficient in communicating in both Swedish and English
