As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in making sure that our organization has the right people on board at the right time. You will recruit a variety of roles and seniority levels within product, sales, marketing, and more.
At Mentimeter, our hiring managers are responsible for the “what”-part of the recruitment (identify hiring needs, create job ads, evaluate technical tests and business cases, conduct most of the interviews, etc) while Talent Acquisition is responsible for the process and timeline and acts as recruitment experts and sounding board.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with our hiring teams to act proactively and deliver on their specific recruitment needs.
Take ownership of the recruitment process for each candidate, from the first contact and through the interview stages, ensure all candidates get feedback and an extraordinary candidate experience.
Contact candidates (both headhunt and contact people who applied) and ensure they fall in love with the role and the opportunity to join Mentimeter.
Represent our core values and culture when in contact with candidates.
Hands-on recruitment tasks including:
Publish and market job ads
Screen candidates
Conduct introduction interviews
Coordinate and book interviews for the hiring teams
Apart from the ordinary daily tasks of a recruiter, you will also participate in initiatives and projects related to Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with recruitment - either as a recruiter or as a part of a hiring team.
A good understanding of the tech industry - it's a plus if you have a strong network within the tech industry that can provide value for you when searching for candidates.
Experience working in a customer-facing role and excellent written and verbal communication skills - in this role you will be interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates on a daily basis.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for up to 10 ongoing recruitment processes - preferably you've been part of a scale-up growth journey and scaling from <200 to >400 employees.
Fluent in English. You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 25 different nationalities!)

You will be part of our growing People & Culture team. We want to add more diversity to our team and therefore we strongly encourage people with different backgrounds and experiences to apply. Or perhaps you have a background within sales and are used to stakeholder management?
In this role you will work closely together with other Talent Acquisition Specialists at Mentimeter, to develop processes, learn from each other and divide the workload. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director.
