YOUR CHALLENGE
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you have two main responsibilities: 1) helping us to find the most amazing people to our organization, and 2) making sure our candidates have the best possible experience during the process. You will work on the entire cycle of recruitment, from setting the stage together with the hiring manager, to writing ads, search for candidates and lead them through all the steps of the recruitment process.
You will get to learn a lot and work closely with both the P&C team (including Global TA Lead) and hiring managers throughout the organization. In this role, you will take a lot of ownership in your daily work and be able to grow over time. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you are the ultimate DW ambassador; being the face of the company when meeting our potential future colleagues.
To summarize it a bit, the role includes but is not limited to:
- Writing and posting ads
- Mapping out and identifying the talent landscape
- Search
- Screening candidates
- Interviewing
- Calling references
- Collaborating with hiring managers
WHO YOU ARE
We think that you have previous experience from similar roles to be able to be up and running as soon as possible. Perhaps you’ve worked as a Sourcer in an IT headhunting firm, or as a Recruiter in an agency/company. Since we are an international company you need to have great communication skills, in both written and spoken Swedish and English. You are also a creative writer and easily find the words to spark the interest of talents. But most importantly, you’re a curious person who is eager to learn new things every day.
