What you will do
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in letting world-class talent know that Roboten is a fantastic place to work. We have our goals set high. We want to have the best recruitment process in the industry where all candidates have a positive experience with Roboten during the recruitment process, regardless of the final outcome of their application. You will play a key part in ensuring that our candidates have an amazing experience.

You'll be involved in the entire hiring process; defining the position, creating job ads, sourcing, interviewing, closing engineering talent from all over the world, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as a company. We fully recognize that it is our employees that make Roboten successful. On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Create, post, and update job ads across multiple platforms

- Hire, source, interview, and outreach, on a global scale, to attract the best tech-talent

- Manage the entire recruitment process with support from our product teams

- Contribute with new ideas to improve our recruitment processes

- Contributing to other HR areas besides recruitment

- Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way

- Keep up to date on everything related to tech trends and the best markets to target.

We’re aiming high, and that’s where you come in. Our team consists of world-class engineering, design, and product technologists. Because we know that the key to success isn’t just about nailing the technology - it’s hiring talented people, like you, that will help us make a significant impact.

About you
We wish that you, as the first point of contact for our talent, are an equal counterpart that previously has worked as a developer, CTO, Product Manager, Product Owner, or another tech-heavy position. Alternatively, you have previously worked as a recruiter, focusing on recruiting tech talent, and are up-to-date with developer language and tools.

In addition, we think you have:

- Exceptional candidate sourcing skills

- Knowledge of various social media and recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, Github, and Stack Overflow

- A deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive talent

- A great technical understanding and you really enjoy the technical aspects. Perhaps you've done some coding in your past, or you're really really curious how everything works and you're no stranger to doing your own research

- The ability to source for technical roles using LinkedIn, Github, or Stack Overflow.



Previous working experience in a startup is considered to be an advantage.
