Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qapital is growing and we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team! We are a fintech company based in Stockholm and New York and we are looking for a savvy recruiter who is excited to be in the front line of growing our Stockholm based team.

In this role, you will,
- Own the full recruitment life cycle in multiple key areas), with a focus on growing our Product and Tech organisation in Stockholm.
- Execute an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team.
- Work in a cross-border team and collaborate with your teammates in the U.S.
- Be encouraged to plan and execute employer branding engagements.
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Source passive candidates via networking, direct sourcing and outreach and manage the interview process.
- Work with the Director, People to onboard new employees and to deliver support to employee inquiries.


Skills and requirements,
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting different types of roles and maintaining multiple funnel processes at the same time.
- Experience recruiting for IT/Technical roles is a MUST.
- Experience sourcing candidates utilizing different methods and sourcing technologies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, identifying your own opportunities for success and iterating based on feedback.
- Exceptional organization skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and juggle multiple open requisitions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage expectations of candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently.
