About the role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be tasked with finding more awesome people worldwide to our Team Greenely. Together with our hiring managers, you'll get the opportunity to execute creative sourcing strategies that allow us to continue to scale our organization while ensuring top-quality hires.
You will take the end-to-end responsibility for our tech hiring processes, meaning that you'll do everything from competence profile all the way through to contract negotiation and closing. Sourcing, referrals, and advertising will be natural parts of the job, but we'd also be looking to you for advice on how we brand ourselves and communicate externally to future candidates.
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain knowledge of the business, the market, labor law, and recruitment requirements and constantly build knowledge of our industry
- Find talent in various vacancies, ranging from marketing, general management to tech roles
- Creating and maintaining several candidate pipelines
- Write and publish ads
- Involvement in related projects such as referral programs, process improvements, assessment processes, employer branding strategies, and much more.
About you
We are looking for someone awesome. We'd expect you to have worked in a similar role before joining us, preferably at a fast-growing startup/scaleup where 'tech' has been at the core of the business. You communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
As an individual, you're flexible in your approach to your work and able to adapt quickly and change priorities in accordance with business needs. Moreover, you love to share your knowledge and experience with those around you and collaborate on projects that are not domain-specific in nature.
When we review your profile, we'd ideally see evidence of the following:
- +2 years of experience in recruitment and a track record of sourcing and attracting talent both in your local market and internationally
- Solid sourcing skills and a genuine interest in trying new tools and strategies to improve pipeline speed and success
- Experience in building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines through multiple approaches and networks like LinkedIn/Github
