Normative is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

Our People-team is growing and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that can find, assess and hire the right people within mainly our commercial teams (Sales & Customer Success) to join our mission. You will work mostly towards the Swedish and UK market.

You will join a growing People team where you will report to our Head of People and work closely with our Talent Acquisition team of 3 as well as our people team.

The role will also involve, even if the main-focus is to scale the commercial teams, that you will take part in initiatives like improving the Rec-process, Employer Branding and other related projects.

The role:

- End-to-end recruitment

- Partner up with team leads as an advisor and project lead recruitments

- Support in day-to-day queries from hiring managers regarding recruitment

- Find proactive and new ways to attract the best talent and build Normatives Employer Brand

- Maintain a strong candidate experience

- Support in building scalable recruitment structures and processes



Experience we’re seeking:

- Min 1 year from end to end recruitment, preferably in commercial roles

- Skills in sourcing and building employer brand among commercial candidates

- Are either located in UK or have experience for recruiting in the UK market

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently in driving your own work, but also be able to build strong work relationships with internal stakeholders and the team

Location:

We operate on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Sweden, Copenhagen, Denmark and (very soon) London, UK. We believe that you are based in either the greater Stockholm region or London region and can be in the office a couple of days a week, with the possibility to work remotely when it is more suitable for you and your work schedule.
