We believe that more people should be able to drive electric. Therefore, we have set out to build the safest, most convenient and most transparent way to sell, buy, or lease an electric car. Carla was founded in 2020, with strong VC backing. Our founders and C-level management have experience from companies like McKinsey, Uber, Volvo Cars and Lifesum.
About the role
We are growing at the speed of light and therefore need to recruit our next Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will report to our Head of Recruitment and be responsible for:
Sourcing, scheduling, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
Ensure that the candidates involved in the recruitment process are being assessed fairly in a qualitative data-driven way
Filling vacancies from operational to C-level
Be responsible for a full cycle of recruitment within the organization – taking full responsibility for the entire process from managing our hiring stakeholders to identifying talents through sourcing and guiding them through the entire hiring process
Deliver world-class recruitment and candidate experience
Coordinating recruitment processes with management
Write and upload inspiring job ads
Assess candidates with relevant tool kits, interview techniques and tests
In this particular role, we believe that the following traits could be valuable:
You have 2+ years of experience with end-to-end recruitment processes in hyper-growth companies
You are used to providing a top-class experience for candidates going through a recruitment process
You have at least 3 years of experience working with search and souring techniques
You have excellent communication skills in English
Most importantly, you are a team player that enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and wants to have fun while contributing to the electrification of Scandinavia!
Also, it would be a big bonus if you have experience from:
A company within tech, e-commerce, or marketplaces
High Volume ATS experience
International hiring experience
Experience in using Alva Labs, SHL and Teamtailor
