DEK Technologies Sweden, which is a consultancy and outsourcing company, is looking for a Talent acquisition specialist who will be responsible for developing and handling recruitment and employer branding activities in order to find more software developers who want to become #empoweredengineers.
DEK Technologies Sweden is a unique organization. DEK is an international company founded in Australia, thanks to engineers Drini, Eddie and Kerim. Our office has its special family-like culture, a feeling we strive to keep despite company growth. What will you do?
As talent acquisition specialist, you will get a varied role and mainly be responsible for recruitment and employer branding, both operationally and strategically. You will be working with the recruitment needs on a daily basis as well as handling the strategic questions long term. There are many different projects to work on at DEK and you will be given a lot of freedom and space to act.
Examples of daily work tasks:
- Coordination of candidates and interviews
- Conducting interviews
- Keeping track in the recruitment system
- Preparing for event and meetups
- Setting up requirements and writing job ads
- Collaborating with the sales team and the consultants
- Search and sourcing
- Keeping the employees updated on what's happening by the internal web page and staff meetings
Examples of strategic work tasks:
- Managing different activities and projects regarding talent acquisition
- Handling and setting up the internship program
- Hosting mingles and events
- Improve the recruitment process, interview guides and candidate experience
- Finding different ways to market ourselves (Ads manager, Google analytics, partners)
- Working with storytelling and creating employer branding content
- Update Linkedin and Teamtailor website

Since you are the one interacting with candidates you really care about their experience. You think it is crucial that they get a great experience when applying for a job and meeting with DEK. You are informative, transparent, and good at identifying a match between candidate and organization.
You believe recruitment and employer branding are not just the selection and interviews, rather the whole chain of activities associated with talent management. You think it is fun to be creative and work with marketing, events and you will be the one driving DEK Swedens' social media channels. You are interested in finding out what makes people stay at the company and takes the time to talk to everyone at the office.
Qualifications
- Experience working with IT/tech recruitment
- Likes to work strategically with recruitment and employer branding
- Since DEK is an international company you are comfortable talking and writing in English and Swedish
- Hold a Swedish work permit
- Are interested in tech since you will be recruiting and finding talents that are software developers
