Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

Star Stable is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team. As a TA Specialist at Star Stable, you keep momentum in our recruitment processes and play a huge part in bringing talents to us as we continue to scale our organization. You understand that recruitment is not a passive process and are able to quickly adapt your sourcing strategies to find candidates with the right skill sets. The candidate experience is your key driver and you take ownership of the processes in order to deliver great experiences every time.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Star Stable you will:

- Drive full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing to closing.
- Support hiring managers to understand their needs, set up and adjust the assessment process to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Work together with the HR BP on setting hiring priorities and identify staffing needs within the product line of focus.
- Work with the Lead TA on KPIs, employer branding strategies for the product line and identifying areas of improvement in the overall recruitment process.
- Share tips and tricks with team members of the TA function to develop ways of working.
- Attend events and other meetups to attract candidates.


We believe that you:

- Have three years of experience working in a similar role and at least one year working in-house.
- Take ownership in the recruitment process and independently identify when adjustments need to be made to the sourcing strategy.
- Are comfortable conducting interviews, writing ads and communicating using English as the primary language.
- Have a wide sourcing toolbox.
- Are an excellent prioritiser and can manage a multiple scope of roles without losing quality.


This role will have a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
