To evolve and deliver on our goal of attracting the best talents, we are now seeking an in-house specialist dedicated to strategic sourcing and recruitment across Sweden.
You will be responsible for driving strategic and innovative sourcing demand, turning passive talents within the tech industry to active candidates, and becoming the storyteller of our Employee Value Proposition to position and sell Avanade to senior talents. You will have the responsibility to identify, engage, nurture, and attract in-demand talent to support the growth. This includes building strong lasting relationships with talents to respond to immediate and future search assignments needs.

Day to day, you will:
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)
• Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies and sources qualified candidates, leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, LinkedIn, events, referral campaigns etc.)
• Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation follow guidelines
• Deliver appropriate communication / message to candidates and applicants when appropriate; help others do the same
• Partner with the Nordic Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process
• Monitor performance and status metrics; communicate status and roadblocks up to recruiting leadership; act as point of escalation
• Contribute to various initiatives and special projects (i.e., interviewer training) with support of Talent Acquisition Leadership
You will bring:
• Advanced sourcing skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Great presentation, communication, active listening, and story-telling skills
• Demonstrate understanding and experience of the hiring of IT-roles/tech profiles such as e.g., UX designers, CRM specialists, developers, analysts etc.
• Can build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
• Experienced recruiting applicants with ""hot"" (tech) skills a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions
• Developed skills in negotiation, persuasions research
• Developed knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels
