About the role

When joining PwC’s Talent Acquisition team, you will identify and attract talent across various recruitment and social media platforms. You will use your creativity to proactively build and maintain sourcing pipelines for various roles, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. You will be recruiting for both junior and senior levels. Above all, you will be working proactively and close to business and hiring managers. Furthermore, you will be confidently headhunting and driving end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements

Solid experience of driving end-to-end recruitment processes with competence-based interviews and personality tests Experience recruiting for business and/or IT/tech roles on both junior and senior levelExperience of managing several processes at a time and having close collaborations with hiring managers and other stakeholders Have solid experience in working with Linkedin Recruiter Hold a relevant academic degree, preferably within HR, Business or IT/EngineeringExperience from working with HR systems or specifically Workday is considered a meritFluent in both written and spoken EnglishUnderstanding of Swedish and have the willingness to learn more Knowledge of the Google suite
