About us
Instabox is making online shipping smooth and sustainable. We have a network of smart, fully automated lockers, so our users can collect their parcels wherever and whenever they like, with a click of a button. Over the past six years, we’ve grown to a business with over 2000 employees, millions of happy users, and thousands of lockers across the Nordics and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon!
Our services are fundamentally driven by our technical solutions and as we continue to grow the need to find top-tier engineering talent has become a priority for the business. With this in mind, we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us drive our future growth!
About the role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech, you'll be tasked with finding more awesome people for our Tech & Product departments. Together with our growing TA Tech team and hiring managers, you'll get the opportunity to execute creative sourcing strategies that allow us to continue to scale our organization while ensuring top-quality hires.
The TA team works with end-to-end responsibility for our processes, meaning that you'll do everything from competence profile all the way through to contract negotiation and closing. Sourcing, referrals, and advertising will be natural parts of the trade but we'd also be looking to you for advice on how we brand ourselves and communicate externally as well as finding new ways of reaching those really tricky Tech segments.
In this role your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Working closely with the engineering and product departments to understand hiring needs in order to engage and attract the best Tech talents while providing an outstanding candidate experience
- Creating and maintaining several candidate pipelines
- Involvement in TA-related projects such as referral programs, process improvements, assessment processes, employer branding strategies, and much, much more.
- Assisting in hiring across other domains as needed when your workload allows.
About you
As you can probably tell we are looking for someone awesome. We'd expect you to have worked in a similar role before joining us, preferably at/with a fast-growing startup/scaleup where Tech has been at the core of the business. You possess a solid understanding of the technical candidate landscape and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
As an individual, you're flexible in your approach to your work and able to adapt quickly and change priorities in accordance with business needs. Moreover, you love to share your knowledge and experience with those around you and collaborate on projects that are not domain-specific in nature.
When we review your profile we'd ideally see evidence of the following:
- +2 years of experience in technical recruitment and a track record of sourcing and attracting passive Tech talent both locally and internationally
- Solid sourcing skills and a genuine interest in trying new tools and strategies to improve pipeline speed and success
- Experience in building and maintaining diverse candidate pipelines through multiple approaches and networks like LinkedIn/Github
- Experience working with both Engineering and Product roles is a huge +
- Living in- or close to the Stockholm area
What we offer
The opportunity to be part of an absolutely amazing team on a journey that is hard to match. We're building a world-class Talent Acquisition function and you will play a vital role in making this become a reality. We promise you that you’ll be challenged, pushed to develop your skillset, and have the opportunity to work with talented and ambitious people who strive for excellence and never settle for “good enough”. The journey ahead is what excites every Instaboxer working here today and we’re just getting started. Then there’s the engaging culture, centrally located office, compensation package and so much more, but we’ll get to that in due time.
