About the job
As Talent Acquisition Specialist consultant you will join a dedicated global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive support to SEB’s managers in making sure that the right talent is hired. The team consisting of eight colleagues in the tech cluster, all dedicated on helping our tech area to grow in the appropriate way.
In this role your main focus will be dedicated to leading the full recruitment cycle for various tech positions: from identifying business needs and creating a sourcing strategy, to find, attract, close and onboard a new employee. The roles you will be working with will be of large variety and consisting of everything from developers to senior management positions. Furthermore, you will be responsible to lead our internal data related recruitment's globally such as data scientist, data engineers & data stewards.
This is a consultancy assignment trough Snille Bemanning. The Assignment period is 06-sep-2021 to 04-mar-2022. Position; Arenastaden, Stockholm.
Profile
Requirements:
- Working experience in tech recruitment får at least 5 years, where headhunting passive candidates have been a natural element of your daily work
- You have had the responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle and have successfully managed stakeholders on various levels
- You have extensive hands on experience from working with Linked In recruiter or similar sourcing tool
- You see yourself as a generalist within IT field
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is a must
- Experience from working with FinTech industry is a big plus
As a person you are a doer who thrives to provide the best candidate and manager experience, you are a collaborator by nature and believe in self leadership. You are also a strong team player with excellent cooperation skills and ability to work cross in an international setting. Preferably you have worked with executive cases and are comfortable with an agile way of working
