We are looking for an awesome Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for the right person who wants to develop in an industry leading international tech company. About the position
Our awesome People & Culture Business partner, who is responsible for our Talent Acquisition process, will be on maternity leave for 12 months. During this period of time, we are looking for someone to step in as Talent Acquisition Specialist. This will be a fixed-term employment from February 2024 to March 2025.
You will belong to our People & Culture department, consisting of you and our Director People & Culture. Being a small but important function of our company, there will be opportunities to develop within other areas of People & Culture as well.
So, what will you do? Your overall responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for our recruitment process where you manage, coordinate, and execute on necessary activities to fill our open positions from start to end.
- Making sure that onboarding process and all related actions are done in a timely manner.
- Handling systems and administration related to above and other HR issues.
Your daily tasks will consist of (but not be limited to):
- Work closely with all hiring managers operating in different areas (such as Engineering, Supply Chain & Hardware Development, Product Management and Sales & Marketing) to identify business needs and develop requirement specifications for position requested.
- Write job postings with feedback from hiring managers and set everything up in our ATS systems (Teamtailor and Workday) and other advertising channels.
- Make selections among applicants and perform searching activities for positions needed.
- Perform phone screenings and together with hiring manager prepare interview materials and hold interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with teams and coding tests.
- Conduct reference interviews and organize any background checks.
- Ensure that the onboarding process runs smoothly by supporting managers by preparing employee contracts and perform other administrative tasks prior to the new employee's start.
- Support and execute on planned employer branding activities and contribute with innovative ideas to attract new employees to the company.
About you
Being a tech company, we are looking for an awesome person who is interested and have experience in recruiting for technical professionals such as software developers and engineering positions. Since you will have full ownership of the recruitment process and to constantly drive these forwards, you need to be self-motivated and structured. You thrive in a role that requires a lot of coordination and interaction with others.

Your profile
- You have experience in managing the entire recruitment process from start (identifying needs) to finish (onboarding).
- You have experience in recruiting for technical positions (such as software developers and engineers).
- You navigate easily in new systems and enjoy the mix of interaction with people and administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- If you have been working with employer branding before, that is a plus, but a keen interest and creativity will go a long way!
